The Cottage

This tiny, 570 square foot cottage had charm and a fantastic waterfront lot, but with only 1 tiny bedroom it felt a little claustrophobic. To take advantage of the incredible view, it was determined that adding a 2nd story was the best way to improve this structure. 

It now boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,  an open concept great room and charming sunroom/office to enjoy the peaceful lapping of the water.  Behind the scenes included a new septic system, a complete gut of the existing cottage to add structure and all new services.  It is like a brand new home, but still has the charm and character that makes it feel like a place to relax!
