Sunroom Addition

This newer Bungalow in a retirement community ticked all the boxes with the exception of a sunroom. Previously there had only being a small step at the rear of the property so we undertook to add a 14′ by 14′ addition with a nice L-shaped deck surrounding. Many of the Finish selections were chosen to match the existing home. This space is a four-season sunroom and will be enjoyed all year round. The large cabinets are a pull-down Murphy bed for guests when they stay to be able to have some privacy at the opposite end of the home.

We used spray foam in the floor to ensure a nice cozy feel Under Foot as well as extending ductwork from the home through to the sunroom. The fireplace finishes off the cozy ambience!
